What does this mean for your everyday work?

In the first stage of your career path, we will help you find your passion by letting you experiment in different data analysis, science and consulting roles.

· Work in international teams in a project-based way, moving from solution design to implementation in just a few months.

· Work with engineering, science, application and client teams to make sure your solution is solving significant business problems and is fully used by the client.

· In one project you could build 10s of pricing models that will determine how organizations price, discount and promote their products.

· In a different project you could forecast demand, determining how organizations manage their stock, from everyday warehouse decisions to strategic and board decisions.

· Continuously innovate and work with the most advanced technologies and algorithms, shaping how organizations use AI.

What are the skills a great Data Scientist at MIcompany needs to have?

· BSc/MSc graduates with excellent results in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Natural Sciences or another quantitative field.

· 0-2 years of working experience.

· Proficiency in the Hebrew and English language.

· Excited to work with international teams and organizations.

· Innovative and flexible, with the ambition to tackle various challenges.

· Result-driven, pragmatic, and persuasive.

· The drive to contribute to innovative projects in companies where data & AI are a board priority.

· Focused on personal development and eager to learn.
