We are seeking a skilled cybersecurity analyst🥇 with expertise in handling and mitigating complex cyber incidents. The role involves the development and technical maintenance of monitoring systems and tools within the SOC🔐.

Responsibilities:

• Handling and Operation of Complex Cyber Incidents: Act as an escalation point for Tier 2 analysts, managing and operating complex cyber events.
• Detection of Advanced Threats: Identify suspected advanced attacks based on alerts from the SIEM system and advanced security systems, collaborating with intelligence sources.
• Development of New Controls and Automated Processes: Construct new controls, workflow processes for identification, and automation for handling cybersecurity threats, including intelligence integration.
• Training and Learning Initiatives: Provide training for Tier 2 analysts and external SOC personnel, improve investigation methodologies, and introduce new attack techniques.

Requirements📑:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tier 2 cybersecurity analyst in a SOC.
• Technical proficiency in scripting and process development using PowerShell/Python is mandatory.
• Experience working with SIEM systems such as QRADAR/Arcsight and SOAR systems.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the identification and handling of cyber events.
