Senior Full Stack Engineer - Product Platform

We’re looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer, eager to shape the future of our Product Platform, which empowers teams across Lemonade to leverage low code to build new products. This is a great role for someone who’s committed to rapid development and exceptional quality.

Your contributions will take Lemonade innovation to the next level as you drive organizational efficiency gains, and help build a platform that's not only powerful but also intuitive and approachable.

In this role you'll

• Be the owner of your domain to ensure code quality, performance, and our products’ scalability
• Help build our products using microservices written in Typescript (using NestJS) that runs over Kubernetes
• Develop components and user-facing pages (using React), and integrate them into the APIs and infrastructure you write
• Work closely with stakeholders across the organization, including product, design, data and other teams
• Coach and mentor other developers and help them elevate their skills

What you'll need

• 5+ years working as a full-stack engineer
• B.S. in Computer Science or Mathematics (or equivalent experience)
• Broad knowledge and experience in developing TypeScript, Node, React and CSS
• Broad knowledge of modern backend frameworks, tools, and architecture
• Experience working on high scale, production-grade projects
• Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
