The opportunity

Focal point in Europe for transfer pricing matters, keeping pace with the Global Transfer Pricing Group strategy and policy

Active involvement in pan-European tax planning initiatives, supporting various business, supply chain initiatives

Monitoring and advising on intercompany transactions, leading local transfer pricing compliance for Europe, managing outside consultants

Provide guidance and support to local finance teams

How you’ll spend your day

The position of Transfer Pricing Manager will focus primarily on handling certain aspects of intercompany pricing arrangements, including transfers of intellectual property; transfers of tangible goods; services and loans and other financing transactions

Compliance with the differing requirements of multiple overlapping tax jurisdictions

Documentation, dispute resolution, advance pricing agreements (APAs)

Planning and optimisation of the Transfer Pricing Function within the Group

Involvement in international income tax planning

Communication with the different European offices

Education and support to the TPA part

Your experience and qualifications

• Master degree in (International) Tax, Economics or other relevant study

• Between 4 and 7 years of experience as a transfer pricing specialist

• Experience with international corporate income taxes

• Thorough understanding of complex supply chains

• Strong communication skills

• Direct report to Director, Global TP compliance

• Fluent in English, team player

• Based in Amsterdam/Tel Aviv
