Patent Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time contract remote role for a Patent Engineer. The Patent Engineer will be responsible for patent search and analysis of patentability, drafting patent applications, patent search and analysis of non-infringement (freedom to operate), evaluation of the state of the art, search and analysis of patent validity, patent search for competitor's market evaluation, trade mark search, and trade mark application drafting.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills
• Understanding of intellectual property concepts
• Familiarity with research and development (R&D) processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Master's degree in Material or Mechanical Engineering, Science, or a related field
• Certification in Patent Law or Intellectual Property Law is a plus
• Experience with patent preparation and patent law is a plus
• Experience with TradeMark preparation and TradeMark law is a plus
• Language proficiency: English, Russian, and Hebrew at mother-tongue level
