We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing HR team. In this role you will manage a global talent acquisition team, develop recruiting plans and hiring strategies, implement scalable processes and manage a full-cycle recruiting process.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Lead and mentor a global team of Talent Acquisition Specialists.
• Build and implement global talent acquisition strategy and processes that support business growth.
• Manage the recruitment process for open positions in different departments.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, understand their hiring needs and become their advisor.
• Present insights based on gathering raw data from multiple sources of information to assess the effectiveness of your hiring strategies
• Create processes to maintain an excellent candidate experience at every step of the hiring process.
  
  

• Proven experience in leading a talent acquisition team.
• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment from a global tech company.
• Strong background in a variety of recruiting tools and sourcing strategies.
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with different stakeholders and prioritize resources against business needs.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and strong attention to details.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English (spoken and written)
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary company - advantage.
