Join us as the Growth Manager in morning and be a driving force behind our expansion.
In this role, you will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives and account-based marketing campaigns to attract and convert prospects, optimize customer acquisition funnels, and nurture key target accounts. Manage a team, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, lead growth initiatives, and leverage cutting-edge marketing technologies to achieve our ambitious business objectives.
You will:
- Leading the company’s strategy & execution for our Paid Acquisition (Demand Capture + Demand Generation), SEO & CRO
- Oversee the entire lead journey, from awareness to trial stage through numerous initiatives e.g. data infrastructure, acquisition channels, review sites etc.
- Collaborate with SEO, design, and content teams to constantly optimize and test different creatives, landing pages, ad copy, guides, etc.
- Lead inbound strategy across all platforms (advertising, Hubspot etc)
- Improve cross-channel conversions for ads, web pages, and email nurturing
- Manage and execute large-scale campaigns across various online advertising platforms.
- Leverage marketing technology (such as Hubspot) to streamline and scale marketing efforts efficiently.
- Develop analytical Reports to influence strategic decision-making, leveraging data analysis, forecasting models, and measurement metrics.
- Build an SEO campaign to identify opportunities to outperform competitors in search rankings.
- Minimum of 3+ years experience as a: Performance Lead/ PPC Team Lead/ Acquisition Lead
- "Get things done” approach with a strong desire to own and lead projects end-to-end.
- Proven experience in growth marketing, account-based marketing, or a related role within a B2C SaaS company or technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights for optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns that drive results.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to devise innovative marketing strategies.
