We are looking for a Thai Field Operation Agent who is a highly motivated, talented team member to join our growing team.

As a Field Operation Agent at Remitly, you will Manage and accompany the field sales operation process.

This position is a field position that requires daily travels.

Languages: Thai & English- Must.

Responsibilities

• Achieving monthly sales targets - convert cardholders to money remittances.
• Field meetings with potential customers.
• High level sales and service skills.
• Working in collaboration with the Back Office team.
• Multitask between different communication channels.
• Provide answers by identifying problems, researching, and guiding the customer through the correct steps.
  
  

• Experience in making sales meetings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English –Mandatory.
• Hebrew – an advantage.
• Driver’s license- a must.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility in working hours is required.
• Proficient in all MS Office products.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Enjoy working as part of a team.
