Role Description

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Associate to support our marketing initiatives and play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for technology, a solid understanding of Google Ads and Analytics, and the ability to bring innovative ideas to the table.

Responsibilities:

Google Ads Management:

• Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, analyze trends, and implement strategies to enhance campaign performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign data to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Analytics Expertise:

• Utilize Google Analytics to track, measure, and report on website and campaign performance.
• Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to optimize marketing strategies and improve user engagement.
• Develop and maintain regular reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Content Creation and Copywriting:

• Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and compelling marketing copy for various channels.
• Create visually appealing and effective content for online advertisements and social media platforms.

Social Media Management:

• Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor social media platforms for industry trends and competitor activity.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
• Collaborate with external partners and agencies to execute marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and email marketing
• Experience working on a team of marketing professionals
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and marketing automation tools
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment is a plus
