Your Role

• Determines, specifies and evaluates the viability of complex hardware features and structures and ensures that software and hardware designs interface correctly.
• Designs framework for particular functions.
• Defines, documents and tests processes for inclusion into technical platforms, sub-system specifications, input/output and working parameters for hardware and/or software compatibility.
• Identifies, analyzes and resolves sub-system and/or SoC design weaknesses. Influences the shaping of future products by significantly contributing to the architecture used across design families. Provides multi-layered technical expertise for next generation initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bsc/Msc/Phd in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience and at least 4 years as chip architect.
• Experience in aspects of Chip design and development
  
  

Preferred

• Technical expertise in HOST sub-sys or DSP Arch or Modem Arch HW Arch, and high speed interfaces
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, strong analytics and problem solving skills to achieve high quality results; Strong interpersonal skills (with proven track record of cross group collaboration)
• Self-motivated, customer oriented, resourceful and enthusiastic, showing an intense customer mind-set.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
