Life Safety Systems Technician- Kiryat Gat

Job Description

This position holds responsibility for the overall maintenance and operation of site-wide Life Safety Systems (LSS).

This role includes maintenance of the EST Fire alarm systems, Very Early smoke detection alarm (VESDA) system, including ownership of integration and implementation.

Responsibility for preventive and corrective maintenance of life safety system instrumentation, such as smoke detectors, pull stations, and public announcement systems.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Practical Engineering Diploma in Instrumental and Control, Electrical, or Electronics.
• Relevant Experience: At least three years of relevant experience in life safety systems or a related area.Strong understanding in Life Safety Systems and fire alarm periphery devices.
• Experience in configuration and Trouble Shooting (TS) of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) - an advantage
• Experience in Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) of facilities systems and office buildings maintenence - an advantage
• English Proficiency: Have a good command of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking skills.
  
  

Additional Qualifications Include

Gas and leak Detection Systems: Knowledge of Honeywell gas detection systems, such as Midas, PermAlert and Vertex, will be considered advantageous.
