Cyber Threat Analyst

We’re Seeking a Cyber Threat Analyst skilled in cloud security, with a focus on AWS and serverless technologies. The ideal candidate will possess an 'assume breach' mindset, excel in proactive threat hunting, and have extensive knowledge of cybersecurity tools. This includes expertise in EDR solutions (e.g., CrowdStrike, SentinelOne), SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, Elastic, DataDog), web application firewalls (e.g., Cloudflare, Akamai) for digital forensics and incident response (DFIR), and SOAR platforms (e.g., Torq, XSOAR, Demisto). Familiarity with identity management systems (e.g., Okta, Microsoft Azure AD), endpoint management tools (e.g., Jamf, Microsoft Intune), and collaboration suites (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) is highly beneficial.

Minimum Qualifications To Apply For This Role

• Experience with AWS security and a broad understanding of cybersecurity tools, including EDRs, SIEM, and SOAR platforms - Must.
• Proficiency in using WAF for DFIR purposes - Advantage.
• Knowledge in identity and device management, and collaboration platforms - Advantage.
• Relevant certifications: Security+, CompTIA CySA+, AWS Security Specialty, or AWS Solutions Architect.
• Strong communication skills, capable of effectively discussing complex security issues.
  
  

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on cloud security and threat intelligence.
