We seek a highly skilled and experienced Chief Information Security Officer.

As Our CISO you will be responsible for overseeing all the cybersecurity operations of UVeye. This role combines hands-on technical capabilities with executive leadership, making it ideal for a cybersecurity expert who can balance strategic vision with tactical execution.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy and architecture ensuring the highest protection against cyber threats.
• Lead incident response efforts, including coordinating with internal teams and external partners, to mitigate security incidents promptly.
• Implement advanced threat detection and monitoring tools to proactively identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities and potential breaches.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Automotive industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Foster a security awareness and training culture among employees and stakeholders (such as phishing campaigns, SDLC, etc.).
• Evaluate and manage the security posture of third-party vendors and partners, ensuring they meet our security standards.
• Evaluate the security risks and manage the mitigation process (including- privileges access reviews, penetration tests, etc).
• Recommend changes to policies, standards, and procedures.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience as a Chief Information Security Officer from a tech company - Must
• Experience from a start-up Company - Advantage
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience in information technology with advanced education/certifications in cybersecurity
• Ability to develop and execute a long-term cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Experience working with various cybersecurity best practices, frameworks, and regulations
• Knowledge of automotive industry regulations and compliance requirements - Advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
