We are looking for an experienced Procurement professional to lead our tech procurement category globally. This role will be reporting to JFrog’s Sr. Director of Global Procurement and will manage a team of Tech Procurement Business Partners.

In this role you will lead JFrog's most strategic engagements, working with the biggest tech providers worldwide, helping shape our software approval and acquisition processes, mentor the team, shaping and developing our Tech Procurement Business Partners professionally.

The perfect candidate would have vast experience in software and SaaS procurement from tech-savvy companies, a visionary and strategic leader with top-notch negotiation skills, and a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

As a Procurement manager in JFrog you will…

• Set the Category strategy and objectives and drive the work plan and its execution to achieve these objectives.
• Set KPIs, and define and execute the practices and methodologies required to achieve them, within your team and with other stakeholders and interfaces within the organization.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Procurement Business Partners who are supporting all of JFrog’s Tech procurement under your supervision.
• Work closely with the different units supporting the business in the execution of engagements for their ongoing activities, enabling them to achieve their goals as planned and on time, while ensuring alignment with company’s policy and optimizing ROI.
• Lead the negotiations of JFrog’s most strategic tech contracts, collaborating with the relevant stakeholders (Legal, IT, Finance, etc.) to optimize terms, cost, and deliverables, ensuring the quality of service/ goods, and mitigating risks.
• Manage JFrog’s strategic vendor relations, and conduct periodic business reviews for continued improvement of the quality of deliverables/ services.
• Lead negotiations and contracts, collaborating with the relevant stakeholders (Legal, IT, Finance, etc.) to optimize terms, cost, and deliverables, ensuring the quality of service/ goods, and mitigating risks.
• Conduct periodic data analysis to identify trends as well as opportunities to optimize value.
  
  

• 7+ years’ experience as a Procurement Specialist/ Procurement Sourcing Manager or Procurement Manager.
• People management experience - Advantage.
• Experience with procurement in tech-oriented organizations and specific experience with SW&SaaS procurement - Must.
• Strong negotiator, with a proven track record of managing complex engagements and working with Senior Management.
• Willingness to work hard, while supporting multiple units and time zones.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English- Must,
• Previous experience working with ERP systems - Must, specific experience with NetSuite - Advantage.
