Manager for Business Research and Project Management

Job Description:

• Conducting research that includes interviews with professionals and analyzing trends in the health and technology world, competitor market analysis, and more.
• Initiating and examining proposals with a strategic outlook, including economic aspects, and presenting recommendations to the supervisor and relevant people.
• Writing a business plan that includes needs mapping and market analysis, controlling relevant economic and budgetary frameworks, including information coordination, examination and approval of changes, economic analysis of findings, producing reports and presentations, and reporting to the supervisor.
• Participating in the formulation and implementation of plans, arrangements, and agreements in the field, including conducting negotiations with relevant parties within and outside the medical center.
• Maintaining contact with relevant parties at the medical center, health organizations, private companies, the Ministry of Health, and other bodies related to the field.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics
• Master's degree - an advantage
• 3 years of experience as an economist in a health organization
• Knowledge and experience in working with databases, computerized information systems, and electronic spreadsheets
• High-level English proficiency
• High-level written and oral expression skills
• Negotiation management skills.
• Ability to drive processes and good interpersonal skills
