As Order Management Specialist you’ll make an impact on

• Taking responsibility for the order management process of one of the regions, including booking, backlog management, billing, and revenue recognition
• Defining customer setup and data maintenance in ERP system
• Working with cross-organizational functions (sales, operations, project management, business finance)
• Preparing revenue projection and backlog management reports
• Performing booking and revenue close tasks as part of the quarterly financial closing with relevant reports and reconciliations
• Working with IT for the implementation of features or changes to improve ERP data integrity and controls, UAT testing, and validations

Your toolbox

• 3 years experience in a large Hi-Tech / industrial company in Finance/Operation/ Business process/ Sales operation department
• Proficiency in various business applications in a large organizational ERP and/ or related BI systems
• Able to work independently, schedule time efficiently and set priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Build and foster professional relationships. Expected to work alongside associates from other departments when executing daily responsibilities
• Very good English both spoken and written
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• BA degree in economics, operations, or another relevant degree - must
