Network Security Expert

CommIT is a leading technology company specializing in network security solutions. We are seeking an experienced Network Security professional to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' network infrastructure. You will work closely with our clients to assess their security needs, design and implement network security solutions, and provide ongoing support and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network security, a deep understanding of industry best practices, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement network security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and virtual private networks
• Monitor network traffic for unusual activity and investigate potential security breaches.
• Respond to security incidents and perform forensic analysis to determine the root cause.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest network security trends and technologies.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding network security issues.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in network security.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and architectures.
• Hands-on experience with network security technologies and tools.
• Proficiency in firewall configuration and management.
• Experience with intrusion detection and prevention systems.
• Knowledge of virtual private networks and secure remote access.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
