Guesty is seeking a talented and highly motivated Marketing Designer to join our dynamic Marketing team in Tel Aviv. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of design principles including typography, color, and composition. This role provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to Guesty’s success through performance-driven design.

Responsibilities:

• Produce a variety of marketing collateral including landing pages, display and social ads, email blasts, presentations (PPT and Google Slides), event materials, and more
• Collaborate with other teams and departments to support their goals
• Ideate along with the rest of the creative team on new initiatives in support of our objectives
• Optimize performance of creative assets through testing and performance analysis

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Creative/Marketing/Brand Graphic Designer
• Outstanding portfolio
• Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Mastery of Figma
• Strong understanding of typography and hierarchies
• Strong design, color, and composition abilities
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
• Own projects from end to end while taking responsibility of every aspect of the process
• Great time management
• A team player with excellent communication skills
• Very high level / native English speaker
