R&D Project Manager

What will you do:

• Work directly with R&D and Product Management in an extremely dynamic environment to ensure a successful delivery of key initiatives and new features.
• Lead implementation of improvement processes and practices and help teams implement changes effectively.
• Develop project plans, schedules and status reports.
• Introduce workflow improvements to the development process. Provide tools, flows, and actions to enable end-to-end deliveries.
• Guide cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of intricate projects within the time frame, budget and desired quality.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, be responsible for the on-going status and progress.

What should you have:

• 3+ years of experience as an R&D Project Manager from a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven experience working with Development, QA and Product teams – A must!
• Cross-functional project management ownership experience.
• Maintain visibility and transparency of all project aspects to all relevant stakeholders, as well as track project KPIs and metrics.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced SU environment with constantly changing priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with JIRA.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience working with Cloud environment (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Excellent English – both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering) – A must!
