Full Stack Tech Lead

Description:

We are looking a Full Stack Tech Lead with a strong orientation to scaleable Web services, Applications and APIs.

The role involves a balance between formulating and promoting an engineering strategy, and actively contributing to the professional development of the team's engineers by educating them on new technologies and improved methodologies.

Requirments:

- A minimum of 7 years of industry experience in software engineering, encompassing both

frontend and backend development.

- Previous experience in a managerial role / tech lead.

- Proficient in React, AWS, and NodeJS.

- Comprehensive understanding of production systems and the architectural design of web

products.

- Self-starter, quick learner, and enthusiastic about exploring new technologies.

- Team-oriented with a proactive approach, aiming to make a significant contribution to our team,

product, and customer base.

- Expertise in TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.

- Experience in mentoring and fostering the growth of fellow engineers.

- Ability to initiate enhancements to architecture and infrastructure.

- Active participation in the formulation of the engineering roadmap
