Established U.S. Real Estate company with an office in Jerusalem, Israel, is hiring a Financial Operations Manager/Controller, reporting to the CFO.

Description:

Work closely with the CFO on company and investor reporting requirements, including tax reporting, lender reporting, budgeting etc.
Review and analyze periodical investment financials of real estate holdings
Budgeting and investor reporting for real estate holdings
Collaboration with various internal and external accounting and financial teams, both in Israel and in the U.S.

Requirements:

Experience with and strong grasp of U.S. taxes and accounting principles - U.S. CPA preferred but not mandatory
Experience in budgeting, reporting and compilation of financial reports and summaries
Superior analytical skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong communication skills are extremely important, as well as the ability to work in a team environment and take ownership of projects
Ability to work on multiple projects and to prioritize
Experience working with U.S. Commercial Real Estate is an advantage, but not essential.
