The Procurement Analyst will be a member of our Animal Health Technology Solutions (AHTS) Manufacturing business, within the Global Supplier Management (GSM) team. He or she will assist the Electronics and External Manufacturing Category Lead to analyze spend data, identify key products and suppliers for negotiation opportunity, and facilitate completion of projects to deliver savings and other key procurement metrics. The selected candidate will also complete compliance and due diligence screenings, and partner with the Business Support Center (BSC) to support resolution of invoices and payments to critical vendors within the category. The successful candidate will be expected to actively implement procurement efforts and to serve as a resource for the Netanya Manufacturing and R&D teams regarding processes, procedures and systems to enable business objectives.

The successful candidate for this role will be responsible to collect, organize and analyze data with the purpose of executing sourcing activities to reduce the number of references and improve sustainability.

Main activities will include:

• Developing and executing RFI / RFP/ RFQ processes, and making recommendations on vendor selection

• Execution of sourcing initiatives as assigned within the Electronics and External Manufacturing categories

• Analyzing data collected with the business stakeholder and line manager to identify and recommend opportunities for consolidation and simplification

• Negotiating with vendors according to department procedures, including implementation of contracts and/or frame agreements as appropriate

• Completing vendor screening, due diligence, and compliance as required according to department as well as local market requirements and procedures

This position is a 6 month contract

Requirements:

•Undergraduate degree preferred or prior experience in the following fields: Supply Chain Management, Strategic Procurement, Finance, Business Analytics

• Requires at least 5 years of Sourcing experience in technology or consumer electronics industry with a strong background in procurement sourcing strategies and negotiation

• In addition to fluency in the language of the local market, fluent English language communication skills, both verbally and written are required

• Must be adaptable in dealing with ambiguous and complex environments.

• Proficiency in Excel and all MS office tools– i.e. Pivot tables

• Enforce compliance with all Global Procurement policies and procedures by using a data driven business case approach

• Able to work flexibly across global time zones and with remote management and stakeholders

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP ATLAS and Ariba, including order creation and material management, and master data maintenance
