Lead Architect

A lead architect is needed for a subsidiary of a leading group

The position includes leading projects for residential complexes for rent.

Work as a single function from A to Z: from choosing a complex, planning, licensing, and issuing city building plans, to interior design, branding, and furniture.

Interface with the company's board of directors, suppliers, contractors, consultants and authorities.

Requirements:

Licensed architect or architectural engineer

5-7 years in an architectural office, with emphasis on experience in rental residences/hotels

Licensing experience including claims

Mastery of AUTOCAD, REVIT, PS and SKETCHUP

High-level English - writing, reading, and speaking (giving presentations)

Experience in project management is an advantage

Availability for overtime
