Job Summary:

A medical device leading company is recruiting a Surgery/Orthopedics Territory Manager - Including entry into the operating room.

The position combines challenges and the ability to deal with complex sales processes - selling based on professional knowledge and understanding the needs of the doctor and the needs of the patient.

Location: 2 positions for different regions: North/Central-South

Main Responsibilities:

• Creating and nurturing relationships with professional medical functions in the hospitals.
• Working together with surgeons, nurses and other team members.
• Participation in medical procedures as part of the operating room team (as observers only).
• Training and accompanying the doctors regarding the use of advanced medical equipment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree - required (advantage for MBA)
• Ability to learn professional scientific materials and English at a high level
• Sales and business orientation
• Presentation skills
• Good interpersonal interaction
• Personal charisma and ability to influence
