Agronomist Operations Team Member

We're not just redefining soil; we're push the boundaries of what's possible. As part of our exciting expansion, we are seeking a skilled and dynamic agronomist with Plant Health (IPM) knowledge to join our team as a junior operational team member.

As a member of the operations team, you’ll be exposed to cutting-edge R&D projects and innovative agricultural products. Your role will involve client visits, active participation in R&D efforts, and handling daily operational tasks.

Responsibilities:

·      Evaluate and make pest control decisions using an Integrated Pest Management approach.

·      Assume responsibility for all plant protection matters within the company, including the planning and implementation of plant protection protocols.

·      Conduct regular on-site visits to client locations to monitor product performance and ensure plant well-being. This involves implementing on-site treatments such as pruning and other actions related to core technology.

·      Provide logistical support to the R&D and operations departments.

Requirements:

·      Bachelor’s Degree in Agroecology & Plant Health.

·      At least 1 year experience in ag-tech operations.

·      Can do attitude.

·      Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and projects under competing deadlines and maintain flexibility in response to constantly shifting priorities.

·      Basic technical understanding and problem-solving skills.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Attention to detail, time management and strong organizational skills.

This is a full-time position, divided between the company's office in Tel Aviv and customer facilities across Israel.
