Senior Product Manager - MSAI (Microsoft Search, Assistant, and Intelligence)

We are transforming the lives and work of hundreds of millions of users by building deep intelligence into Search, Recommendation and Knowledge powered scenarios that span across Outlook, Teams, Windows, Edge, Office, SharePoint, and OneDrive. By leveraging our user’s preferences, communication patterns and context across applications, we can help them accomplish more with less effort, both proactively and reactively.

We are looking for an experienced product manager who can apply a product mindset and a proven track record of shipping AI and LLM enabled intelligent user facing experiences at scale to drive our assistive products for Microsoft 365 AI.

As a Senior Product Manager in MSAI, you will work in an exciting and fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with teams across the company. You will be part of an organization that brings together talent in the areas of user experience, large language models, recommender systems, machine learning, deep learning, graph learning, information retrieval, software engineering, and responsible AI. You will have a unique opportunity to work on the Meeting Intelligence domain, where we aim to help users be more efficient with their meetings, and on the Copilot scenarios, where we leverage the power of large language models (LLMs) with the data in the Microsoft Graph and the Microsoft 365 apps to turn words into the most powerful productivity tool on the planet.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging and valuable user experiences for meeting intelligence and Copilot scenarios in M365, leveraging AI, LLM and data insights.
• Define and measure growth and engagement goals for their product areas and prioritize features and experiments that enhance assistive capabilities across M365 products such as M365 Copilot, Bing AI, Outlook, Teams, Office, SharePoint, Windows, Edge, and more.
• Work closely with research scientists, engineers, UX teams, AI platform teams, and other product managers to create and launch innovative AI products that empower users to achieve more.
• Understand users’ needs and pain points through various qualitative and quantitative methods and build relevant and effective products that improve collaboration and productivity across M365.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product experience (or equivalent).
• BS/BA degree, MS preferred in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Demonstrated performance in prior roles.
