Revenue Controller Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Accountant who will take the role of Revenue Controller Team leader. This pivotal role involves not just handling revenue but leading and inspiring a team dedicated to excellence in revenue management.

The successful candidate will have the ability to analyze complicated accounting guidance, implement it in real business environment with ability to perform and deliver under pressure, diligent and motivated who wants to join a cutting edge software and innovative Company.

As Revenue Manager you’ll make an impact on

• Lead and mentor a dynamic revenue team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Implementation of revenue practices including contract reviewing, policy setting, and establishment of US GAAP recognition
• Revenue & Backlog management and analytical reports for management and financials
• Accounting tasks as part of Quarterly and Annually financial closing
• Matrix working with Pre-Sale, Product House to optimize client proposals and develop a strong revenue recognition base
• Implement best practice financial processes and related ERP systems

Your toolbox

• Qualified Accountant (eg, ACA, ACCA, CPA) from one of the Big 4 accounting firms, with demonstrable, technical financial accounting and reporting skills.
• 6 years of post-qualification experience in a similar position is a must or in the professional services sector
• Strong leadership qualities, excellent interpersonal skills, and effective communication abilities.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Word, with advanced skills in database systems and spreadsheet applications.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of ASC 606 and US GAAP accounting standards.
• High levels of self-motivation
• Exceptional organizational skills and effective time management and attention to details
• Team player, strong interpersonal skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Dynamic, problem-solving mindset, capable of delivering results under tight schedules and comfortable with ambiguity.
