• Own end-to-end design process, including phases of research, wireframing, designing, and support development to execution and performance of design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, ensuring designs align with user needs and business goals
• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain valuable insights and create user-centric designs
• Create intuitive wireframes, prototypes, and visually appealing UI designs to captivate and engage users
• Foster a collaborative environment, assisting team members and promoting knowledge sharing
• Be an engaged and connected company member, actively contributing to our products and culture
  
  

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer
• A portfolio showcasing your design process in depth - a must
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field - a must
• Proficient in the design tool Figma and contribution to design system - a must
• Strong UX skills, experience in user interviews and usability testing, journey definition, low fidelity wireframing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating with team members, engineers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders
• Effectively present and articulate design concepts and decisions
  
  

• Experienced in using design thinking tools, like design workshops and collaborative sessions, to encourage creativity- an advantage
• Deep understanding of all mobile platforms - an advantage
• Experience in B2C products - an advantage
