Medical Manager

Navina is an exciting AI startup in the field of digital health, which gives physicians a quick yet full understanding of their patients along with actionable recommendations throughout the clinical workflow. Navina is becoming core to every physician-patient interaction, as thousands of clinicians across the US use Navina to advance preventive care and reduce missed diagnoses, while at the same time driving improved economics for providers and payers.

Responsibilities

• The medical manager is responsible for the design, development and deployment of new product lines and features within Navina (in partnership with the Product team)
• Regular data analysis and clear presentation of conclusions to direct business and product decisions
• Medical validation of Navina’s product and features
• Closely work with Navina’s developers data scientists, and data analysts to bring medical and medical-product expertise to all aspects of R&D
• Support Navina’s marketing and sales teams in development of marketing materials, delivering webinars, attending conferences and sales demos
• Manage a team of analysts (medical students) to support your efforts in the above

Requirements

• Medical Doctor (MD)
• 2+ years experience in comparative role in health-tech company
• Background in quantitative data analysis (including experience in SQL)
• Strong project management skills and experience
• Passion for using tech to improve healthcare
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Very high attention to detail
• Strong curiosity and inquisitiveness
• Willingness to travel to the USA as needed

Advantage

• Experience with biomedical informatics
• Experience as a product manager
• High level of Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
• 2+ years of post-internship clinical experience
