Cost Controller - Junior

We are recruiting a Cost Controller position to Join our Team in Israel, to be responsible for commercial support function, co-operates with other managers to address cost concerns.

This role will encompass end to end cost controlling, support the process including calculation, supporting the Change Order (C/O) officer to ensure all costs are included.

Know in depth the contract with customer - ISR – obligations/ responsibilities/ boundaries.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying if a request from ISR is a C/O.
• Negotiation with customers.
• Ensuring receival of PO from customer.
• Billing the C/O at the end of works.
• Compare offer to actual costs to ensure profitability.
• On site support for the SOM and other positions in the Depot in commercial issues
• Assisting the SOM with cross depot processes – identifying the needs, build a sustainable process and execute.
• Monitoring general expenses of the Depot: i.e, refreshment, office supplies, electricity, cleaning, etc.,
• Forecasting of invoices and payments and submission to Controlling for consolidation and FC Update
• Assisting in risk assessment during risk workshops, updating and consolidation of project risks
• Assisting in updating the reporting and planning tools (e.g. ROCCIT, Project DASH, Ultimo, etc.) on a monthly basis
• Assisting in project monitoring, controlling and updating of project relevant costs, risks, billings, invoicing, accruals, provisions, hedging, bank guarantees, insurance, taxation and project reports.
  
  

• BA in economy/Engineering, Industry and Management
• 2 years experience in a business company – preference to global company
• English in high level – talking and writing
• Process oriented – knows how to build a process with all relevant partners.
