Role Description
This is a full-time role with flexibility for some remote work. The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist will be responsible for managing our clients' CRM systems, ensuring customer data accuracy, and improving their customer engagement. Additionally, the CRM Specialist will work with the sales team to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions to improve business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Analytical skills in data analysis and problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in sales and customer relationship management
- Proficiency in CRM software such as HubSpot and Salesforce
- Strong project management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in process improvement and automation
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - advantage
- Experience in the high-tech industry is a plus
