Lili is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing Growth team

About the team:

The Lifecycle team is responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies and automation that drive user engagement, convert users to paying customers, and mitigate churn. Team members will work closely with key stakeholders across product, marketing, and engineering, to optimize email and mobile messaging campaigns, track performance metrics, and optimize relentlessly through A/B testing.

In this role, you will:

• Work hands-on over email & mobile communication and product marketing.
• Build and execute the lifecycle strategy.
• Lead the concept, development, implementation, and analysis of campaigns and lifecycle flows.
• Lead the A/B tests backlog including targeting strategies, messaging, communication streams, timing, etc.

Requirements:

• Hands on experience with Braze’s engagement platform - must.
• 3 years related experience in product marketing / CRM / or other marketing management positions in a B2C or B2SMB, subscription / transactional business.
• Marketing programs execution - Proven track record of bringing new and creative ideas into life through different marketing channels.
• Projects management experience including working with product and design teams.
