Growings is an exciting startup that is revolutionizing the agricultural field with innovative technology. Growings is a well-funded startup and is a collaboration between Tama – an internationally known farm solutions global company, and IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries.
Growings has developed a unique autonomous Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) – it is a 1.5 ton air vehicle - which utilizes the most advanced avionics and aerodynamics technologies that are specifically optimized for the agriculture market. Growings’ UAS aims for precise agriculture solutions in crop-treatment while also focusing on safety and environmental preservation.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the UAV system Validation / Verification
- Professional management of the system test-plans, and the system test team
- Responsible / be part of planning the development flight tests
- Write and review test plans of different modules of the system
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in flight tests (IAF or industry) as a flight test engineer, including at least 2 years of experience as a UAV flight tests leader
- Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering
- Accountable and highly motivated with interpersonal skills
- Experience in system testing – advantage
