Position Overview: As the International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the international market, with a specific emphasis on laparoscopic surgery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing distributors and fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals, particularly surgeons in the operating room.

Key Responsibilities:

1. International Market Development:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
• Identify and evaluate potential distributors, negotiate agreements, and manage relationships to achieve sales targets.

1. Laparoscopic Surgery Expertise:

• Leverage in-depth knowledge of laparoscopic surgery and medical devices to position our products effectively.
• Collaborate with key opinion leaders and surgeons to understand market trends, gather insights, and stay abreast of technological advancements.

1. Distributor Management:

• Recruit, train, and manage an efficient network of distributors across international regions.
• Provide ongoing support, guidance, and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.

1. Operational Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to international sales.

1. Sales Performance Metrics:

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on sales performance.
• Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in international sales management within the medical device industry.
• Significant background in managing distributors, preferably in laparoscopic surgery.
• Strong understanding of the operating room environment and experience working closely with surgeons.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
