Accounts Receivable Specialist (Freelance)

A typical day for you will look like this:

· Debt Collection: contacting customers with outstanding balances to facilitate timely payments

· Regular Follow-Ups: Maintaining consistent communication with customers regarding their accounts to ensure payments are made on time and addressing any payment-related inquiries.

· Reconciliation: Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

· Customer Relations: Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to promote prompt payment and resolve payment issues effectively.

· Ad hoc Assist Billing manager as needed with billing, payment processing, and reporting tasks

Part-time (20 H/week)

Freelancer position.

REQUIREMENTS:

3+ years of Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or a similar role

· Strong understanding of debt collection principles and practices

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.

· Excellent English in writing and speaking, another language knowledge advantage.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

· Strong Excel skills are a must.

· Proficiency in using JDE or knowledge of Accounting Software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
