Join the financial team at Tnuva's "Adom Adom" meat processing plant in Beit She'an, leading the industry in fresh meat.

As the Finance Manager, you'll be responsible for shaping the company's financial policy, conducting economic analyses, and preparing financial reports.

Manage annual and multi-year budgets, ensuring control and implementation.

Additionally, oversee pricing policies, cash flows, and accounting functions, including supervision and control of accounts and suppliers.

Requirements:

- Certified Public Accountant license – mandatory.

- Degree in Economics – advantageous.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial team/department management within an industrial manufacturing company.

- Agricultural company experience or background in agriculture – a plus.

- Previous experience with major international accounting firms (BIG4) – advantageous.

- Experience in consolidating profit and loss units – a plus.

- Excellent presentation skills.
