Summary

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join us in spreading the word about Wiz through creative viral projects. In this role, you will report to the Head of Growth Marketing and work alongside a team of Wizards focused on understanding the business needs of our customers around the world.

As a Growth Marketing Manager at Wiz, you will be the architect of our marketing initiatives. From building mini-websites with no-code tools and crafting social media challenges to producing compelling viral videos and unconventional content, you will brainstorm and execute growth marketing projects that capture public attention and generate buzz. Our previous projects include CISOtopia.com, cloudsecurity.jobs, BigIAMChallenge.com, and more.

What You’ll Do

• Create and execute a range of marketing projects, from mini-tools and social contests to unconventional web content.
• Produce viral videos and other creative content, overseeing each step from planning to release.
• Utilize a variety of platforms and mediums to maximize the reach and impact of your projects, aiming for both brand awareness and lead-generation objectives.
• Use industry-specific humor.
• Work closely with the Brand team (for design, swag, etc.), the Research team (for data, insights, etc.), the Revenue team (for mailers, copy, etc.), and the Digital team (for SEO, web infrastructure, etc.).
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Strong background in growth marketing for B2B tech companies (preferably cybersecurity companies).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles.
• Proven history of “viral” activities that caught fire online.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• A technically oriented mindset, comfort in dealing with complex subjects (like cloud security), and the ability to learn fast.
• Excellent teamwork skills while also being comfortable driving projects independently from conception to completion.
