Content Product Analyst

Cyberbit is the world’s leading cyber-security training platform for cyber professionals with clients from Fortune 500, Universities, Governments, and Militaries globally. Sounds intriguing? That’s because it is!

Cyberbit deploys real-world attacks using reverse-engineered malware onto a virtual corporate network, allowing users to defend against live attacks using commercial-grade security tools to effectively train cyber professionals in industry-standard detection, response, and attack mitigation techniques.

We are looking for a product analyst who will ensure a high level of product content and constantly improve the educational experience of our users.

Responsibilities

• Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, and translate it into simple, polished, and engaging cyber exercises.
• Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
• Perform constant research and brainstorming to figure out innovative ways to create educational and challenging content in gamified ways.
• Find opportunities to improve Cyberbit’s content based on user interaction analysis.
  
  

Requirements:

• Superior written and verbal communication skills, and a keen eye for details.
• Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics.
• Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials.
• Previous experience in creating insights and generating business value from data.
• Multitasking and time management skills are essential.
• Fluent written skills in English – a must.
• Cyber security experience – an advantage.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Background in educational or methodological practices – an advantage.
