As a Solution Manager, you will:

• Play a pivotal role in every aspect of the pre-sale process, encompassing technology, customer engagement, and strategic business initiatives.
• Engage with cutting-edge technologies in telecommunications, cyber, IT infrastructure, analytics, and more.
• Establish relationships with strategic customers.
• Lead pre-sale engagements from ideation and detailed design to award.
• Employ advanced verbal and written communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Keep up to date with the latest technologies through continuous learning
  
  

• Lead the solution design process, from analyzing customer needs to tailoring technological solutions and creating commercial models for sales.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders internally, including R&D, Product Management, Project Management, Sales, and Finance.
• Lead all technical and commercial processes required for high-quality RFI/RFP submissions.
• Create outbound technical documents and presentations.
• Present and demonstrate solutions to customers' technical and commercial stakeholders.
  
  

• Detail-oriented professional who is adept at problem-solving, analysis, and process management.
• Domain expertise in a technology-driven sector/industry (e.g., telecommunications, cyber, analytics, IT infrastructure).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Team player, capable of leveraging personal soft skills to achieve goals while collaborating with various internal functions.
• Strong business orientation with a keen understanding of company goals and a commitment to achieving them.
