Technical Support Specialist JB-3044

In this role, you will:

• Communicate directly with partners and customers to solve problems, answer

questions, provide guidance, remote and on-site support.

• Be the 1st / 2nd-tier support while ensuring a responsive and proficient point of contact for

all customer and partner needs.

• Install systems and train customers and partners on site and remotely.

• Record and report common product and service complaints

• Work closely with R&D teams in an Agile environment

• You will work in the office & customer sites.

The ideal candidate should have:

• 2+ years of experience as Customer Support Engineer or equivalent position

• Experience with troubleshooting on multidisciplinary products.

• Experience working in Unix/Linux environment.

• Willing to travel up to 50%

• Highly proficient English - written and verbal.

• Experience in training customers.

Nice to have:

• Experience with support of combined hardware-software complex systems

• Experience working with On-Prem environments.

• Experience in coding, scripting, and automation capabilities - advantage

• Familiar with CRM tools

• Knowledge in reading logs of complex multi-process environment
