About The Opportunity

Our one-of-a-kind FlexID group is growing and we are looking for a strong QA Manager with passion for tech to lead the FlexID core team. Lead a genuine team, responsible for end-to-end development, delivering mission critical products used by Fortune 500 customers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and manage a team of quality engineers (manual and automation), providing guidance, mentoring, and support.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy aligned with the organization's objectives.
• Take part in defining and enhancing quality assurance processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Oversee the planning and execution of test strategies, test cases, and test automation to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate closely with software development, product management, and other cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience as a QA engineer
• 2+ years of experience in management
• Experience with scripting languages
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle and release management process in an agile environment
• Experience with version control systems, configuration management, and deployment tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
