Operations Manager

We are looking for a Top-Tier Operations Manager with leadership and analytical skills to join our fast growing company and to grow with us. You will drive day by day execution and efficiency through data-based decisions and problem-solving.

What You'll Do

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
• Lead strategic partnership programs.
• Improve and maintain operational management systems and processes.
• Supervise various vendors work.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
• Perform quality controls and monitor company’s KPIs
• Lead urgent projects, prioritize tasks and overcome obstacles that come your way.
• Report directly to CEO
  
  

• Outstanding communication skills and leadership ability
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High level of accountability and ownership
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Familiarity with business and financial principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Proficiency in MS Office Tools - Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook
• Experience solving complex problems, exercising good judgment in decision-making, and navigating ambiguous environments.
• Ability to simplify difficult problems into actionable and solvable tasks.
• Strong attention to details, and obsessed with process improvement.
• Comfortable learning and adapting to new concepts and using new tools and grow with the role.
• Degree in Business, Law, Industry Management, Operations Management, Accounting
• Work experience as Operations Project Manager, Lawyer, Financial or Business Controller, or similar role – an advantage
• Previous work experience in a startup environment – an advantage
