Knowledge Base Writer - English

Job Description

• Work with subject matter experts, product managers, and other teams to gather information and ensure the accuracy of the information provided
• Produce well-written content for the Wix Knowledge Base, including how-to articles, tutorials and feature requests following our style guidelines
• Collaborate with other internal stakeholders to produce quality content and identify documentation requirements
• Analyze content efficiency by looking at user satisfaction and ticket reduction
• Prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate progress and any issues with the team
• Juggle multiple releases and deliver under tight deadlines
  
  

Qualifications:

• A native-level English speaker with at least 2 years of experience in a knowledge base, technical, or product writing
• You’re a highly organized, brilliant communicator and passionate about writing helpful content
• You can translate complex information into user-friendly language
• You’re Internet-savvy, flexible, and eager to take on multiple, challenging projects
• Nice to have- previous experience working with code, and basic knowledge of Javascript, CSS and HTML

We currently only accept applicants who are located in Ireland or Israel and eligible to work full-time in the Republic Of Ireland /Israel.
