Clinical Trials Manager for Medical Device Company

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Trials Manager to join our clinical department and take part in planning clinical trials, site qualification and initiation, interim and post clinical monitoring, site management in Israel and overseas, writing and submitting clinical documents and result analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ethical submissions, study documents (protocols and informed consent forms) and investigator brochures for clinical studies.
• Study management including preparation of study plans, budget and clinical sites coordination.
• Prepare monitoring plans and reports and perform monitoring visits.
• Perform remote data monitoring.
• Create presentations, SOPs and forms .  
• Evaluate clinical reports.
• Perform training visits at clinical sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or Biomedical Engineering.
• CRA certificate.
• Two years of experience in a CRA position, with a focus on medical devices – a significant advantage!
• Proven expertise in standards and regulations governing clinical trials involving medical devices in Europe, the USA, and Israel.
• Familiarity with computer systems used for managing and reporting experiments, specifically eCRF applications.
• Strong computer skills, demonstrating proficiency in relevant software and technology essential for clinical trial management.
• Proficient in data analysis and the preparation of comprehensive test reports, particularly within the context of medical device trials.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a demonstrated track record in coordinating clinical trials related to medical devices.
• Openness to travel within Israel and internationally, reflecting a commitment to overseeing clinical trials involving medical devices across diverse geographical locations.
