Senior Project Manager

Check Point is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the projects related to compliance efforts for our organization. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our products and services in alignment with the compliance program.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Program Oversight - Responsible for the overall oversight and management of the Compliance program.
• Project Planning and Coordination - Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining the tasks, timelines, and resources required to achieve program milestones.
• Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders, including government agencies, cloud service providers (CSPs), third-party assessors, and other entities involved in the program.
• Risk Management - Identifies potential risks to the program’s success and develops risk management strategies to address them. This includes risk assessment, mitigation planning, and regular monitoring.
• Program Communication - Communicates program updates, status reports, and changes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and maintaining alignment with program goals.
• Process Improvement - Identifies opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Compliance program.
• Budget and Resource Management - Responsible for budget planning and resource allocation to support the program’s activities effectively.
• Vendor Management - Work with third-party vendors, such as third-party assessment organizations, auditors and Advisory Organizations and oversee their activities to ensure compliance with program guidelines.

Your Knowledge & Skills

• Strong project management skills with experience in leading complex compliance projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge and experience in PMO tool – Jira Server.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Advantages:

• PMP Certification.
• In-depth knowledge of Compliance certifications (i.e. ISO 270XX, PCI, SOC 2 and FedRAMP).
