Volta Solar is recruiting the following Service Specialist - an opportunity for a unique coordination and customer service position with meaning and impact on Israel and the world 🌎☀🏡

Job description:

Providing a comprehensive service to new and existing customers of the company:

Answering the phone for those interested in a solar system for home and business, coordinating meetings for salespeople, preparing and sending price offers to potential customers, handling inquiries from existing customers, and remote troubleshooting after installing the solar system.

Suitable for all jobs (full-time/part-time/student).

Work in the company's offices in Petah Tikva.

Option to combine working from home.

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for providing quality and professional service
• Order and organization at a high level, ability to handle many tasks at the same time
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Technological orientation and self-learning ability
• Previous experience working in a service center is an advantage
