New Product Introduction Engineer

Your Role, Should You Choose to Accept:

As an NPI/Sustain Engineer, you will have a key position in developing and implementing new products and ensuring the stability and performance of existing products. You will oversee all technical processes throughout the development, manufacturing, and implementation phases, ensuring process improvements through testing, issue identification, and production process enhancements.

What You'll Do:

• Actively engage in the NPI process, from the conceptual stage through successful implementation and production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to fruition.
• Ensure the efficient and effective transition from product development to manufacturing.
• Test and upgrade existing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, stability, and overall performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, implementing solutions to maintain product integrity.

Your Background:

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering, or similar fields.

• 2 years of experience in transfer to production (T2P).

• Experience with SolidWorks, PDM, and Priority ERP.

• Team player and highly motivated.

• Excellent English skills: verbal, writing, and reading.

• Experience with manufacturing in HVAC industries – an advantage.

• Experience with vendor management – an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Support R&D in multi-disciplinary projects, component sourcing, and engineering documents.

• Ongoing production support and maintenance.

• Creating new BOMs and product files

• Drive and manage ECO processes.

• Drive and manage NPI processes - Transfer new products from development to production.

• Serve as engineering focal point to our contract manufacturer.

• Solve problems in the production line, manufacturability, and product cost.
