Mechanical Engineer

Job Description:

Endospan, located in Herzliya, Israel, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the design and manufacturing of our products. What You'll Be Doing

· Engineering Change Order Generation/Execution

· Production ramp-up projects (Improving production process, Design jigs, etc.)

· Supporting production issues (Investigations, engineering tests, MRBs, CAPAs, etc.)

· Working with suppliers to increase quality and yield.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering or Process Engineering.

· 1 to 4 years of previous work experience, with a preference for candidates who have prior experience in the Medical Device field.

· Proficiency in English to create high-level technical documents and collaborate effectively with team members and suppliers.

· Proven experience in creating mechanical drawings using Solidworks or other Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.

· Strong hands-on capability, including the ability to develop and use jigs, fixtures, and tools.

· A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
