Job definition:

- Concentration of the set of external and internal audits

-Monitoring the implementation of corrective actions and change control

-Writing new procedures, forms, and work instructions and updating existing ones

- Dealing with exceptions and customer complaints

- Preparation of management surveys

- Dealing with suppliers and quality agreements

- Assistance in the implementation and implementation of the quality system in the organization

-Training and directing employees in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures

- Leading processes to improve quality systems
