We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist: a true professional who loves recruiting and is highly motivated, innovative, and self-driven.

What You'll Be Doing:
- As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead the full cycle life of the hiring process, including partnering closely with hiring managers, defining job profiles and strategies for the talent acquisition efforts, sourcing, candidate evaluations, experience, etc.
- You will be responsible for hiring strong candidates for a variety of positions like R&D, Product, Marketing, and Design.
- Build, maintain, and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
- Deliver end-to-end solutions and collaborate with managers to lead an insightful HR strategy.
- Manage and provide HR Administration services: labor laws, employment contracts, employment status changes (hiring, terminations), etc.
- Be the first point of contact for employees on any HR-related queries.
Skillset & Requirements:
- 3+ years as a Talent Acquisition, for High-Tech or start-up companies, as a one-man show. With a proven track record of managing the entire process, from defining job profiles to candidate evaluations and hiring.
- Strategic sourcing skills with expertise in identifying and attracting talent.
- Ability to build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Proficient in data-enhanced recruitment. Skilled in utilizing data and analytics to optimize the recruitment process and make decisions based on insightful analysis.
- Ability to build great relationships at all levels of the organization, and collaborate as a team player.
- Passion for innovation and process improvement.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hebrew and English).
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and decision-making skills.
- Positive personality with a great sense of humor.
